One day, Axl, Stephanieand their friends drank, smoked and talked together in Rainbow bar. Axl kissed Stephanie. Axl loved Stephanie too much so they went to the church and got married.
In the church, when Axl and Stephanie need to change their rings, Slash remember that he forgot to bring the rings. One of his friend borrowed her ring to him. After Axl and Stephanie changed their rings, Slash went out the church and played the guitar unhappily because he loved Stephanie but Stephanie married Axl. When Stephanie got on the car, she looked sadly because she can't see Slash.
Axl played the piano with the brown hair women happily. Stephanie saw that so she sat next to Axl but Axl didn't talk to her. Stephanie felt angry so she throw theglass to the women. Slash killed the brown hair women because he knew that Stephanie didn't like this women. Stephanie called Axl so many times but Axl didn't listen.
Axl went into the gun shop and bought a gun. Axl and Stephanie fought together because Axl wanted to killed her. Axl pushed Stephanie to the wall and Stephanie broke her head and ran a lot of blood.
Stephanie was dead. Ax felt unhappy. Axl killed Stephanie so he need to see the doctor and took the medicine to help him to sleep.

Bonnie, nice job; you've provided all the necessary grammar and plot details, which is enough to earn you a 16. However, I wonder where the falling action is, since, it appears, the climax of your story is when Stephanie dies; but then, the story abruptly ends! And why isn't Axl in jail?
You tried using adverbs, and that's good; make sure you use them when needed, and not when, in fact, an adjective is needed (e.g. she looked SADLY).
